我国首个亿级负荷全息数字电网建成


    1月5日,国内首个全息数字电网日前在江苏建成,通过采集输变电设施的物理数据,在网络云端构建了一个数字孪生电网,全面提升了电网的智慧运检水平。这也是我国首次对上亿千瓦负荷的大电网进行全息数字化呈现。

    这张虚拟电网覆盖了10万公里架空输电线路、28万基输电杆塔及地形地貌地物等数据,以数字孪生的方式,将真实电网在数字空间进行了一比一三维立体还原和数字化全景呈现,定位精度达到厘米级。

    当前正处迎峰度冬关键时期,江苏电网最大负荷预计将达1.12亿千瓦,全息数字电网的建成,可将电网故障的处理时间再缩短约10%,不仅极大提高电网安全可靠性,为冬季电力稳定供应提供坚强保障。

    1月17日,工业和信息化部公布《工业节能监察办法》。本办法所称工业节能监察,是指工业节能监察部门依法对工业和信息化领域能源生产、使用、服务等相关企业、机构执行节能管理有关法律、法规、规章以及强制性国家标准情况进行监督检查,查处违法用能,提出依法用能、合理用能建议的行为。工业和信息化部负责全国工业节能监察工作,组织制定和实施全国工业节能监察年度工作计划,加强全国工业节能监察的指导和统筹协调。本办法自2023年2月1日起施行。

"Investment Trends in Energy Transition 2023" Report Released

However, spending on electrified transportation, including new energy vehicles and related infrastructure, will reach US$466 billion in 2022, a year-on-year increase of 54%. The total investment has almost surpassed that of renewable energy. China has by far attracted the most investment in the energy transition globally, at US$546 billion, accounting for nearly half of the global investment total. The U.S. is in second place, but lags far behind China with $141 billion. The European Union, considered as a whole, would come in second with $180 billion. Germany retains its third position, the UK drops to fifth, while France rises to fourth.

Bloomberg New Energy Finance also reports that clean energy factory investment (investment in clean energy technology manufacturing facilities) will increase from US$52.6 billion in 2021 to US$78.7 billion in 2022, with China accounting for 91% of manufacturing investment in 2022. In its forecast, between 2023 and 2026, investment in clean technology plants would only need to average $35 billion per year to get on track to achieve a net-zero emissions scenario.
